RGUKT Basara is thinking to decrease the number of seats in the University last Academic Year officials issued admission notification to fill up 1500 seats only. But this year officials are thinking issue RGUKT Basara Admission Notification 2020 for 1000 seats only. And also official are thinking over the selection procedure for IIIT Basra admission 2020 because all 10th class students got passed and so many students got 10 GPA with internal Marks.



RGUKT IIIT Admission Notification 2020 Online Application Form

   The press note for the admissions to 6 Year Integrated B. Tech programe-2019 in Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies(RGUKT) is released on 25.04.2019 at conference hall, RGUKT Basara, admissions to the first year of Integrated B.Tech programe (2020-21) will be based on merit in the Grade Point Average(GPA) and Grade obtained in each subject, and by the statutory reservations of the State. A deprivation score of 0.4 prescribed by the Government for the 2020-21.Under statute 13(3) shall be added to the 10th class GPA for those applicants who studied in non-residential Government schools incling the Zilla Parishad, Muncipal Schools with an objective of providing weightage to the socio economically challanged students in the admission process. At RGUKT Baaara, admissions to 85% of the total available Seats shall be reserved for the Local Candidates(Telangana State) and remaining 15% of the seats shall be Un-reserved(these seats will be filled with both the students of Telangana State and Andhra Pradesh based on merits) as per specified in the Presidential Order 371 Article D is consonance to section 95 of the AP Reorganization Act 2014, supernumerary seats to the extent of 5% are available under the Global category for the students belonging to states other than Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and including the children of Indians(all states) working in Gulf Countries. The tuition fee for Global category is Rs. 136000/- per annum. Note : Unfilled seats of Global category will be allocated to the local candidates (only for the Telangana State)by paying Rs. 136000/- per annum 2% supernumerary seats are available for International / NRI students. The tuition fee is Rs. 301000/- per annum.

1.Candidates should have passed SSC(10th Class) or any other equivalent examination recognized by the Government of Telangana State & AP state and Conducted in 2019 in first attempt.

2.Candidates should not have completed 18years of age as on 31.12.2020, (21 years in case of Students belonging to SC and ST categories).

3.International Students shall be of Indian Nationality / Persons of Indain origin(PIO)/Overseas citizen of India (OCI) Card Holder.

How to Apply

1.The candidates should apply through TSOnline Services only for IIIT Basara Admission 2020.

2.Application Fee 200.00(for OC and BC candidates)

3.Rs.150.00(for SC and ST candidates)

4.The application fee should be paid in  cash at TSonline service center. For which the center will issue a receipt.

5.An additional amount of RS 25.00 per application should be paid as sevice charges  to the TS online center

6.If any candidate applies more than once, than the latest application will be considered for the selection process.

7.Immediately after submitting the application through online the applicant should sent its print out duely signed along with copy of the receipt mentioned in 2 (C) above and the releivent certificates to the Director, Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies Basara, Nirmal District, Telangana State

How to apply for IIIT Basara Admission 2020
The application procedure comprises of four steps. Below, we have provided step-by-step procedure to submit the application-
Step 1. Payment of application fee and Application ID generation
Visit RGUTK, Basara admission portal.
Click on “Apply Now” option given under the title UG Admissions.
Click on the “Fee Payment” option and follow the instructions.
Make payment at TSOnline centers.
After payment, an application ID will be generated and center will provide the fee receipt. Save both for further proceeding.
Step 2. Submission of online Application
After the successful payment of application fee, applicants have to click on “Apply” link given under “Application Submission” option on the homepage of the admission portal.
Enter the Application ID and class 10th Hall ticket no. and “click on proceed to fill Application” option.
Fill all the details carefully on the application form.
Submit the online application form.
Step 3. Print Application Form – Ones candidates have submitted the online application form, they have to take printout of the same. For that, they have to click on the “Print Application” option given on the homepage of the portal.
Step 4. Posting of Hard copy of the Application form
Lastly, candidates have to send the printed copy of filled-in application form along with the fee receipt and all the required document/certificates to the given address through speed post/registered post-

IIIT Basara Application fee 2020
Details about application fee applicable to candidates are as follows-
SC and ST candidates of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have to pay an application fee of Rs.150/-.
OC and BC candidates of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have to submit an application fee of Rs.200/-
Candidates of other states, global and unfilled seats of Global category will have to an application fee of Rs.250.-
Application fee should be paid through TSOnline Service Centres. For this TSOnline centers will issue receipt.
Candidates also have to pay a service charge of Rs.25/- to the service center.
International and NRI students have to pay the application fee through a DD drawn in favor of The Director, RGUKT, Basar payable at any nationalized bank.
List of Certificates to be enclosed

Certified copies of the following certificates / documents should be sent along with the print out of the online application form submitted through TS online service.

1. The receipt issued by the TS online service (See 2(C) above).

2. Hall ticket of 10 class or its equivalent.

3.Study certificates from fourth class to tenth class / residence certificate by those claiming local category (in any of Osmania University areas Telangana State for details see annexure - III)

4.Residence certificate / service certificate of parents by those claiming un - reserved category of seats ( for details see annexure - IV)

5.Proof of caste / community certificate ( ST/SC/ BC) in the prescribed proforma by those claiming preservation under any of these categories ( for details see annexure -V)

6.Physically Handicapped (PH) certificate in the prescribed proforma by those claiming reservation under these category ( for details or annexuer- VI)

7.Children of Armed Force (CAP) certificate in the prescribed proforma by those claiming reservation under this category (for details see Annexure - VII)

8.NCC certificate by claiming reservation under this category (for details see Annexure -VIII)

9.Sports certificate(s) at the level of Inter-District and above by those claiming reservation under this category (for details see Annexure -VIII)

Seat reservation is the one of the important factor on which the selection of candidates depends. The category-wise reservation applicable as per the reservation policies of the government of Telangana State are as follows-

RGUKT is a state university located in Telangana State (TS). It has invited application for filling a huge number of seats in its B.tech 6 year integrated program. The last date of receiving the hard copy of application will be notified by the university in the admission notice.  Therefore, interested candidates must apply well in time.
