DEECET 2019(Admission for D.El.Ed) NOTIFICATION Released:

TS DEECET: TS DEECET Notification to be announced in April 2019 and Online applications to be received through online mode at ts deecet web portal ie., tsdeecet.cgg.gov.in from 11-03-2019 to 04-04-2019. TS DEECET Entrance exam to be conducted in June first week through online mode like AP DEECET.  The D.Ed Course admissions would be conducted in Telugu, English and Urdu language courses

Diploma in elementary education common entrance test/Elementary Teacher Training Institutes Common Entrance Test. D.Ed Course 2 Years: Candidates should remember that, from this academic year, as per NCTE norms DEd course duration is 2 year course

Entrance Test:
Part I:
1. General Knowledge - 5 Questions - 5 Marks
2. Teaching Aptitude Test - 5 Questions - 5 Marks
Part II:
1. General English - 10 Questions - 10 Marks
2. Telugu/Urdu/Tamil - 20 Questions - 20 Marks
Part III:
1. Mathematics - 20 Questions - 20 Marks
2. Physical Sciences - 10 Questions - 10 Marks
3. Biological Sciences - 10 Questions - 10 Marks
4. Social Studies - 20 Questions - 20 Marks
Total: 100 Questions = 100 Marks

ELIGIBILITY

(1).The candidate should have passed or appeared for the Intermediate Examination (Qualifying Exam) or its equivalent as decided by the DEECET Committee for appearing at the DEECET. However, she / he should have passed the qualifying examination by the time of admission.

(2).The candidates should have secured 50% of marks in aggregate in the Qualifying Examination for appearing at the DEECET. 

The minimum percentage of marks in the case of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and Physically Challenged candidates shall however be 45%.

 The candidates who passed Intermediate with Vocational Courses are not eligible for appearing at DEECET.

(3).Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 1st September of the year of admission. There shall be no upper age limit for admission into D.El.Ed Programme.. Payment of Fees at AP/TS Online or e-Seva: 11-03-2019 to 04-04-2019
