వేసవిలో సంపాదిత సెలవులు

👉పాఠశాలలకు వేసవి సెలవుల తరువాత ఉపాధ్యాయుల యొక్క సేవలను వివిధ ప్రభుత్వ కార్యకలాపాలకు వినియోగించుకునే సందర్భంలో మంజూరుచేసే సెలవులను "సంపాదిత సెలవులు" అందురు.

👉15 రొజులకు మించిన విరామం గల ఉద్యోగులకు ఫండమెంటల్ రూల్ 82(b) ప్రకారం ఇటువంటి సెలవులు మంజూరు చేస్తారు.

👉వెకేషన్ కాలంలో ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ఎన్నికలు,జనాభా గణన, జనాభా ఓట్ల జాబిత తయారీ,పరీక్షలు మొదలగు విధులు నిర్వర్తించినపుడు నియామక అధికారి ధృవపత్రం ఆధారంగా సెలవులు మంజూరుచేస్తారు.

👉వెకేషన్ కాలంలో ఎన్ని రోజులు పనిచేస్తే ఆ రోజులకు దామాషా పద్దతిలో మాత్రమే సెలవులు మంజూరుచేస్తారు.

👉సంబంధిత శాఖాధికారి ఉత్తర్వుల ఆధారంగా ప్రాధమిక, ప్రాధమికోన్నత పాఠశాలల్లో పనిచేసే ఉపాధ్యాయులకు మండల విద్యాధికారులు,ఉన్నత పాఠశాలల్లో పనిచేసే ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు ఇట్టి సెలవులు మంజూరు చేసి సర్వీసు పుస్తకములో నమోదుచేస్తారు.

👉వేసవి సెలవులు 49 రోజులు ప్రకటించిన సందర్భంలో సంపాదిత సెలవులు మంజూరుచేయు విధానం:

👉సూత్రం: డ్యూటీ కాలము x 1/11-(365x1)/11-(27xవాడుకున్న వేసవి సెలవులు /మొత్తం వేసవి సెలవులు)-6

Teachers will work in the Summer Holidays, they work during  Election Times and also attend Inservice Trainings during holidays and they have to attend their duties many times during holidays. In that case they are provided wih Earned Leaves ELs . The teachers will not get the same number of ELs for the days they have worked .
