Telangana #Polytechnic Entrance Test 2017/#TS #POLYCET 2017:The State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana State, Hyderabad has issued the Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (POLYCET) 2017 schedule on March 7th, 2017 and the detailed notification has be released 8th March, 2017. The SBTET has decided to conduct the POLYCET on 21st April, 2017 and the results will declared on or before May 10th and also the first phase counselling will be conducted in the month of May. TS POLYCET 2017:
TS POLYCET 2017 for the candidates seeking admission in to all Diploma Courses in Engineering / Non Engineering/ Technology offered at Polytechnics / institutions (including Aided and Unaided Private Polytechnics / Institutions running as 2nd shift in Pvt. Engineering Colleges) in Telangana State for the academic year 2017-2018.
The Telangna State POLYCET 2017 would be conducted on April 22, The test results would be announced within 10 day after the examination i.e May 5. The Classes would be started from June 9. The Department is mulling to revamp the syllabus of various subjects, keeping in view the industrial requirements, which will be implemented from the this academic year.

The State Board of Technical Education and Training(SBET), Telangana, Hyderabad invites online applications from the eligible candidates for admission into above mentioned courses.
Eligibility for POLYCET-2017:
Candidates who have passed SSC or its equivalent and recognized by the Board of Secondary Education, Telangana/AP, Hyderabad are eligible. The candidates who have compartmentally passed or appearing for SSC are also eligible to apply. However, they must have passed in all the subjects before seeking admission.

How to Apply for POLYCET TS:
State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana, Hyderabad has made arrangements to file online applications at various AP online/TS Online, Helpline centres/ through payment gate way. The detailed list of these centres is available at http://sbtet.telangana.gov.in website. In order to file application through these centers a filing fee of Rs.330/- (Rupees Three hundred and thirty only) (Excluding Application Cost) has to be paid to the operator by the candidate.Important Dates for Telangana POLYCET-2017:
1. Date of issuance of TS POLYCET Notification: 10.03.2017
2. Commencement of sale of POLYCET Booklets & applications: 14-03-2017
3. Commencement of Filling applications though Help Line Centres: 14-03-2017
4. Last date for sale of POLYCET Booklets & ICRs: 11-04-2017
5. Last date for filling ICRs through Help Line Centres: 11-04-2017
6. Date of conduct of POLYCET: 22 -04-2017 by 11 AM to 1 PM
8. Date of release of the results of POLYCET on or before: 05-05-2017
9. Counselling would be started in May last week
10. Classes start from June 9th, 2017
